My So-Called Yoga Life

The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched- they must be felt with the heart. ~ Helen Keller

      When I see the world
      of wise old trees
      Misty topped mountains
      and unsettled seas
The glory of all is in the sky above
with a soft image of colours,
      sunbeams and doves
      The heavenly rays
      of light so warm
      On a sea of blue
      and clouds of a storm
      Scents are crisp
      with hints of rain
      The crunch of leaves
      with their coloured veins
      I slowly take in
      all the beauty around
      Soon a blanket of snow
      will cover the ground
