    sometimes I wonder…
why must the heart feel such anguish?
why is there suffering and pain?
what is it that this life for?
what are we here to attain?
    .
what would empathy be without sadness?
how would we feel compassion without knowing hurt?
    .
    sometimes I wonder…
why can my heart feel so full of joy?
why does love drive so deep there are no words?
why do we experience such emotions?
what are we to learn from the unspoken?
    .
what is hope if we don’t know love?
how can there be kindness without knowing sympathy?
    .
    sometimes I wonder…

I'm an Ashtanga Yogi who tries to live a natural life. I'm into essential oils, yoga philosophy, poetry and anything that makes me feel joyful. I do have a background in the sciences and a degree in Medical Anthropology which help colour my posts when I look at philosophy and write about my big life questions.
